Durante un soggiorno in Spagna, sull’orlo di un abisso tutt’altro che metaforico, lo scrittore Emil Cioran si rivolge a un amico per condividere preoccupazioni quotidiane e riflessioni esistenziali.Mattia Biondi è un filmmaker indipendente che lavora “alla fine” delle immagini. La sua ricerca artistica è basata sull’utilizzo di strumenti minimi ed essenziali, ed è orientata allo sviluppo di processi creativi riguardanti la fusione di materiali di archivio ed elementi autobiografici.
Mattia Biondi is an italian independent filmmaker who works “at the end” of the images. His research is based on the use of minimal and essential technical instruments and it is oriented towards the development of creative processes concerning the fusion of archival material and autobiographical elements. During a stay in Spain, on the brink of an abyss that is anything but metaphorical, the writer Emil Cioran turns to a friend to share daily concerns and existential reflections.
